The University Center of Southern Oklahoma offers local residents a variety of college degrees from three area colleges and universities, without leaving town. Beginning in Spring 2019, Langston University will begin offering a Bachelor of Nursing degree at the University Center.

About the University Center of Southern Oklahoma
The University Center of Southern Oklahoma was created in 1974 as Oklahoma's first consortium model University Center. Murray State College, Southeastern Oklahoma State College, and Langston University (beginning January 2019) offer accredited degrees at Associate, Bachelor, and Master level courses. Course scheduling is designed to maximize access to nontraditional students and working adults. On a single campus students have a variety of degree options ranging from education to criminal justice and nursing.
