Application of this rate is limited to consumers meeting one of the following conditions: |
1) Annual Maximum Kilowatt Demand (AkW) during the last 12 months must be greater than or = to 10 but less than 400 with a Load Factor of 25% or more. The Load Factor calculation is:
Load Factor = Total Annual kWh / (AkW x 8760)
