North American Logistics Hub- AmeriPoint

The newly constructed Ameripoint rail loop will accommodate over 150 fully loaded cars, with a transload station that can handle all cargo, whether liquid or dry, and the ability to transfer to pipelines, trucks, or onsite storage facilities. Developmental land includes 800+ acres adjacent to the rail loop for industrial development. Land contours of the entire area require minimal grading leaving it optimized for construction.

Description of Park
The Ardmore Industrial Airpark, formerly an Air Force Base, is situated 16 miles NE of Ardmore. From Interstate 35, take State Highway 53E, a super-wide improved two lane, 9 miles directly into the Airpark. The Airpark is also accessible from Ardmore utilizing the four-lane Highway 77N to Highway 53E. The airstrip has two runways with landing lights, the longest is 150 ft. x 9,000 ft. (plus a 500 ft. overrun). The airport features full instrumentation including: glide-scope, adequate flight space for flight testing, FAA control tower, parking capacity for 100 commercial-sized aircraft, airplane wash rack and sewer facilities, fueling and defueling station, 24/7 fire, rescue and security; and two FBO's.
A rail spur from the BNSF main line serves the Ardmore Industrial Airpark.
