Ardmore Unveils 2025 Plan: A Bold Blueprint for Economic Growth, Community Vitality, and Opportunity

ARDMORE, OK — July 1, 2025 — The Ardmore Development Authority (ADA) in partnership with the Ardmore Tourism Authority and the Ardmore Chamber of Commerce today announced the launch of the Ardmore 2025 Vision Plan, an ambitious, actionable roadmap designed to accelerate economic growth, elevate quality of life, and strengthen Ardmore’s position as a thriving hub for business, tourism, and innovation.
Developed with the help of VisionFirst Advisors, the Vision Plan identifies six strategic priority areas essential to shaping Ardmore’s future success:

Amplifying efforts to attract investment and job creation by strategically promoting Ardmore’s competitive advantages to high-potential industries. - Optimize Available Sites and Properties
Ensuring a ready inventory of high-quality industrial, commercial, and mixed-use sites to meet evolving market demands. - Accelerate Downtown Development & Entrepreneurship
Driving revitalization through support for small businesses, start-ups, and the ongoing transformation of Ardmore’s historic downtown. - Intensify Tourism Initiatives
Leveraging Ardmore’s rich heritage, natural beauty, and recreational assets to expand tourism and visitor spending. - Enhance Stakeholder Communications
Fostering transparent, consistent engagement with residents, businesses, investors, and partners to build trust and momentum. - Advocate for K-12 Education Improvements
Championing educational excellence and workforce readiness to ensure Ardmore’s students are prepared for future opportunities.
Each goal is supported by a robust suite of tactics, timelines, and key partnerships, ensuring that progress is measurable and rooted in collaboration across the public, private, and civic sectors.
